Frequently asked questions

WHAT KIND OF CHEESECAKE DO YOU MAKE?

Our cheesecakes are baked and creamy: the Basque cheesecake, reimagined at its creamiest, with a bake that brings out the flavour and a texture that gives way the moment you cut into it.

WHAT SIZES DO YOUR CHEESECAKES COME IN?

We offer:

  • Individual portion (serves 1).
  • Round cheesecake (serves 2–3).
  • Large cheesecake for 8 people, by pre-order.
DO YOU ONLY MAKE CHEESECAKE?

Yes. We only make cheesecake, and we make it in different versions, with a range that is always evolving and innovating, exploring combinations and contrasts without losing what matters most: cheese flavour and an ultra-creamy texture.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CHEESECAKE?

Keep your cheesecake refrigerated and eat it within 4 days of being made. To enjoy it at its best, take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.

CAN I FREEZE THE CHEESECAKE?

We don't recommend it. When frozen and defrosted, the cheesecake can lose its creaminess, change in texture and show whey separation, so you won't enjoy it as you should. For the perfect GOZO experience, keep it refrigerated and eat it once it has come up to room temperature.

DO YOU TAKE LARGE ORDERS FOR EVENTS OR BUSINESSES?

Yes. For large orders, events or collaborations, contact us directly on social media so we can arrange availability and timings.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOU?

You'll find us in Alicante and Elche, at these locations:

  • Av. Alfonso el Sabio, 4 (Alicante).
  • Centro Comercial Plaza Mar 2 (Alicante), upper floor.
  • Centro Comercial L’Aljub (Elche).
WHICH ALLERGENS DO YOUR CHEESECAKES CONTAIN?

On the page for each cheesecake/flavour you'll find the allergens listed in detail, so you can check them clearly before you choose.

DO YOU MAKE LACTOSE-FREE OR SUGAR-FREE CHEESECAKES?

No. At the moment, we don't offer lactose-free or sugar-free versions.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

In general, yes: we use pasteurised cheeses, and because the egg is baked at a high temperature, it is cooked, which reduces the usual risks. Even so, we recommend asking us if you have any doubts, especially as a new edition/flavour might include a specific ingredient you'd rather avoid.
